LANDLORD FEES

Full Management – 9.6 % inc VAT

Rent Collection – 8.4 % Inc VAT

Let Only – 60 % of the first month’s rent including VAT.

Tenants

COSTS INVOLVED IN APPLYING FOR A TENANCY

Our fees are £450.00* inclusive for both individual and joint applications. In addition a Right to Rent check fee of £15 per applicant is payable along with the initial administration fee (detailed below). Breakdown as follows:-

On applying for a tenancy, an initial administration fee of £300* is required; this reserves the property during the application process. An additional £150.00 is payable once acceptable references have been received.

These fees include all vat, referencing checks, the Inventory and Tenancy Agreement. Once acceptable references have been received we will then confirm a move in date with you.

Prior to occupation the first month’s rent, the agreed deposit and the additional administration fee of £150 is payable. This can be paid by:-

  • Cash
  • Bank transfer**

**Please note if paying by Bank Transfer, funds must be cleared within 3 working days prior to the Tenancy commencement date.

*The initial administration fee of £300 is non-refundable should you withdraw your application or if unsatisfactory references are received. Please speak to us if you have any queries relating to the application process prior to paying any fee.
